Senior Manufacturing Director: Driving Innovation in Plant Operations

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a data-driven production schedule to ensure successful site delivery.
- Manage and optimize plant operations by conducting regular audits and implementing process improvements.
- Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead safety audits and monitor investigations to achieve zero Lost Time Injuries (LTIs) and Recordable Injuries (RI).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and cGMP standards, driving initiatives to reduce Quality Notifications (QNs).
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Technical field.
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development, such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Biopharma, pharma, or regulatory operations industry.
- Strong people management experience, managing managers and people development expertise.
- Experience with site operations projects, including capital projects and manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory filings and health authority interactions.
