  • Develop and implement a data-driven enterprise schedule for successful site delivery, fostering collaboration and driving results.

  • Manage production organization, optimize plant operations through audits, and ensure compliance with Global Policies and cGMP.

  • Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and learning and development plans, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet tight timelines, challenging the status quo and driving strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.

  • Support the development of a world-class site organization through safety audits, investigations, and initiatives to reduce Quality Notifications.
