Retail Leadership Opportunity Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to lead our sales operations in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a district with line manager responsibility for all store managers within the area
  • Ensure a positive and motivated work environment and smooth collaboration among team members
  • Develop and support store managers within the district to achieve business objectives
  • Analyse and optimise stock movements to improve efficiency
  • Conduct regular district tours with sales executives to monitor performance
  • Complete regular cash management checks to ensure financial integrity
  • Support projects by analysing data and providing feedback to drive business outcomes
  • Oversee store refurbishment, new openings, and re-openings to enhance customer experience
  • Create and implement annual business plans for the district to drive growth
  • Plan KPIs and store staffing structure for the district to ensure efficient operations
  • Support the implementation of company strategy in the district to drive business success
  • Prepare for and participate in Area Manager meetings to discuss business performance

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a 2.1 degree in any discipline or 3+ years of management experience
  • Excellent communication, planning, organisation, and analytical skills
  • Full driving licence required
  • Organised, flexible, motivated, and hard-working leader
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong interest in developing a career in retail
  • Multi-site experience as an Area Manager would be an advantage

  • Competitive starting salary of €74,000 for a Trainee Area Manager
  • Salary rising up to €114,000 after 3 years
