Senior Child Psychologist Position

Cpl Healthcare's vision is to provide high-quality care and support to children with complex mental health needs. As a Senior Grade Clinical Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in achieving this vision by leading a multidisciplinary team and providing expert psychology services.
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can work effectively in a busy environment and develop and implement plans for psychological therapeutic intervention or management. The successful candidate will also have a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing plans for psychological therapeutic intervention or management
- Providing clinical supervision to staff grade psychologists and student psychologists
- Engaging in education and training of colleagues and other healthcare professionals
- Working collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team to achieve shared goals
Essential criteria for this role include holding a minimum QQI Level 8 qualification in Psychology and having an Irish post-graduate qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland in clinical, counselling or educational psychology or an equivalent qualification validated by the Department of Health.
