We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. This is a key role that will involve overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a senior warehouse role, with a proven track record of success. They will be responsible for providing strong leadership and direction to their team members, planning and organizing daily activities, and supervising and evaluating employee performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clear direction and guidance to team members
  • Planning and organizing daily activities
  • Supervising and evaluating employee performance
  • Assigning workloads and managing daily schedules
  • Resolving logistical issues in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations and management principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also be highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
