Clinical Nurse Manager Position
Are you a skilled clinical nurse looking for a leadership role? We are seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team in Kilkenny.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional patient care skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on their own initiative. They should also possess strong nurse management expertise and be able to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of nursing staff and provide guidance and support as needed
* Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high standards of patient care
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans for patients

Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse and registered with the NMBI with full work permits
* Excellent patient care skills to a high standard
* Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Nurse management expertise
