Financial Strategic Lead

The role of Financial Strategic Lead involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting and forecasting to ensure the company's strategic objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial models to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Monitor departmental spending, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing process improvements.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses, presenting actionable recommendations to management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years PQE (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) is required.
  • Proven experience in people management and operating as a strategic finance business partner.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial systems planning, forecasting, and analysis.
