As a senior finance professional, you will lead a tight-knit team and contribute to the Senior Leadership group. You will be responsible for guiding financial reporting, month-end and year-end processes, taxation, and statutory compliance.

The Executive team seeks someone who is commercially savvy, solution-oriented, hands-on, trustworthy, and demonstrates high integrity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize financial performance.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.

Additionally, you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership team, providing financial insight to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve business performance and identify new opportunities.

You will be a qualified Finance professional with 10+ years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record at a leadership level.
