Job Opportunity: Revenue Growth Leader

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Leader to drive business excellence in pipeline management.

This role will be responsible for operationalizing a well-defined and predictable rhythm of the business, working closely with Sales leaders to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best-in-class Rhythm of the Business processes, ensuring regular cadence and rigor for pipeline management and business reviews.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to conduct proactive business and pipeline inspections, focusing on improving forecast accuracy and linearity.
  • Own regional AOP & Planning processes, from territory planning through to goaling. Drive gap closure to AOP plans via sales growth initiatives, sharing best practices and partnering with functional stakeholders.
  • Lead pre-build governance and criteria for the Region/District, ensuring progression, tracking, and closure for Pre-builds, bringing visibility to WW Revenue Acceleration teams.
  • Drive local sales rep performance reviews with high contribution of insights.
  • Responsible for process and tools adoption, enabling leaders to excel.
  • Process Improvement - Instil sales process discipline, adherence to standards, excellence in execution while holding sales managers accountable to quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educate sales leaders about processes and tools, driving adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Customer Success, Partners, Marketing to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) for understanding opportunity/pipeline.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Experience in forecasting tools.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage teams with deep analytical skills and support in making data-driven decisions.
  • Take a proactive, consultative approach, building trust consistently.
  • Have an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality.
