About This Opportunity:

Seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement and Knowledge Management professional to drive growth and revenue operations strategy alignment, process design, data analysis, and team training.

This circa one-year fixed term maternity cover role is part of our growth and revenue operations team, led by our Group Chief Commercial Officer.

  • Develop and implement new growth processes, tools, and approaches in partnership with service line and sales leaders.
  • Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement and predict future sales outcomes, trends, and ROI.
  • Document information and knowledge to ensure repeatability and scalability.
  • Provide training on best practice approaches, tools, and workflows to team members.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in revenue enablement/sales enablement/revenue ops type roles.
  • Evidence of systematic data use, opportunity identification, solution design, implementation, and stakeholder adoption.
  • Experience working in multi-service line/B2B businesses with varying contract values.
  • Deep knowledge of sales and revenue best practices, tooling, and technologies.
  • Ability to convert tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge through authoring and implementing sales playbooks and training materials.
  • Expertise in Salesforce throughout the revenue cycle.
