Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Leader to join our growth and revenue operations team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development of innovative solutions, partnerships, and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies in collaboration with service line leaders and sales teams.
- Design, agree, and implement new growth processes, tools, and approaches to drive revenue growth.
- Identify data trends and opportunities for improvement, using data to inform decision-making.
- Document information and knowledge to ensure repeatable and scalable results.
- Train team members on best practices, tools, and workflows to enhance revenue growth.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and address revenue growth challenges.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience in revenue growth leadership or a related field.
- Evidence of working in a systematic way to use data to drive business decisions.
- Experience working in a multi-service line business with diverse contract values.
- Deep knowledge of sales and revenue best practices, tooling, and technologies.
- Ability to convert tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge through authoring and implementing sales playbooks, operations manuals, and training materials.
- Expertise in Salesforce throughout the revenue cycle.
