Imagine a role where you can make a real impact on our international business growth. We're looking for an Export Coordinator to join our Export Team and support the development of our FoodEx business abroad.

Job Description:

As an Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the touch points between our FoodEx business and retail/wholesale divisions. Your key objectives will be to deliver exceptional service to export customers while ensuring operational efficiency in fulfillment, clear communication across the business, and fostering long-term stable relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-class service to all export customers, ensuring availability of product, accuracy and completeness of paperwork & certification, and supporting product information.
  • Maximize availability through cross-functional and cross-divisional stakeholder management.
  • Measure customer service agreements, generate KPIs, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Drive sales performance through customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Maintain catalogue data and pricing for existing and new customers.
  • Ensure maintenance of Food Safety & Quality (FS&Q) records for traceability for all customers and issuance of health certification requirements for customer orders.
  • Forecast and demand plan for customers, ensuring this is communicated, maintained, and reported to relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Fulfill customer orders and provide supporting documentation to meet customers' requirements.
  • Maintain brand & own brand product information requirements and communicate the latest versions of artwork, images, ingredients, nutritional information, and allergens to all customers.
Requirements:
  • Three years or more experience within a supply chain/trading/sales role.
  • Aptitude for leveraging data, fulfilling customer orders, and growing sales sustainably.
  • Proven ability to achieve high-quality results in delivering service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work from own initiative.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and technology competency.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to deliver on commitments, building trust with customers and stakeholders.
