Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Investment Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the end-to-end lifecycle of investment products from order placement to settlement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the entire lifecycle of investment products including trade execution, settlement, and custody.
- Monitor incoming cash receipts on investment orders and manage incoming/outgoing collateral on investment orders.
- Complete Portfolio Composition File (PCF) Analysis and trouble-shooting.
- Research and resolve client inquiries regarding trade and settlement activities in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with clients, authorized participants, and external vendors.
- Drive efficiencies and process improvements within the team and oversee management reporting and efficiency metrics.
Requirements:
- ETF servicing experience in operations, client service, fund accounting or custody.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- A strong team player with an ability to work in teams distributed across the globe.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering on commitment to clients.
- Experience in dealing with complex, demanding client organizations and an ability to develop strong client relationships.
