The Training Centre Manager will lead the development and maintenance of effective training-related activities at our sailing club. This includes overseeing the organization and operation of adult and junior training courses, as well as managing training facilities and equipment.

Key responsibilities include developing and driving organizational growth plans, providing and expanding training centre offerings, and coordinating all safety management measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in training management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. A background in sailing or water sports is desirable but not essential.

The role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to develop and maintain effective training systems, drive business growth through the provision of high-quality training services, and promote our centre to attract new customers.
