Quality Assurance Specialist

At MSD, we're dedicated to 'Inventing for Life' and addressing some of the world's most pressing healthcare challenges. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a Science or Engineering discipline, along with significant industrial experience. Alternatively, considerable industrial experience may be considered. Knowledge and demonstrated expertise in Lean / Continuous Improvement are highly valued, as is experience and knowledge of GMP Requirements for Electronic / paper free operations.
In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing and approving production and analytical documentation, performing and reviewing complaints and deviation investigations, creating and maintaining assigned SOPs, compiling data for reports and presentations, and completing audits to ensure compliance to SOPs, GMPs, and applicable regulations.
You'll also be expected to support product recalls and stock recoveries, actively communicate and collaborate with functional areas, identify compliance gaps, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll assist in the induction process for new starters and training of other staff.
