Order Management Specialist

We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing orders submitted by Account Executives according to established standards and practices.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn and use proprietary company software.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Manage orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • - Determine order type and verify necessary paperwork
  • - Obtain credit approval based on established guidelines
  • - Process revisions to sales orders and update inventory records
  • - Coordinate transfers of equipment and process related paperwork
  • - Monitor order status and work with Purchasing to source equipment as needed

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • - High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Skills:
  • - Strong organizational and time management skills
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • - Ability to learn and use proprietary company software
