About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Leader to oversee the execution of commercial fit-outs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, supervising construction teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and supervision of construction projects
  • Manage site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Supervise construction teams, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships
  • Oversee handover processes, ensuring seamless transition to owners
  • Monitor site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Plan and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, tracking site performance and progress

Requirements

  • A Degree in Construction Management or related field (Carpentry/Joinery)
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience in senior site management roles
  • Experience leading full lifecycle construction projects
  • Strong ability to manage site programs and associated schedules to required deadlines
  • Excellent I.T skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite (Project)
