Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Data Center Expansion Initiative Leader. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the implementation and deployment of data center expansion projects to meet the demands of our rapidly growing business.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Program Manager in capital projects, physical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments. They should possess industry experience across data center, networking engineering, or construction management in mission-critical environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale budgets and delivering projects with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities include breaking down complex projects into manageable pieces, communicating goals and roles to internal teams, and managing the interface between internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of Data Center projects. The successful candidate will also work with Capacity Planning, Energy, and Real Estate teams to develop short & long-term build strategies to meet forecast demand.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction/Science/Engineering.
- Experience of data center design, construction, and fit-out projects.
- Ability to manage large-scale budgets and deliver projects with multiple stakeholders.
