Property Care Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Property Manager at our office in Carlow. The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, handling leases, property management tasks, lease administration, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage residential properties, including lease administration and property management tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners.
- Current PSRA license– Category C & D.
- Own car and full driving license.
- Experience of using a CRM such as letman/ blockman.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Be self-motivated, goal driven individual able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act on own initiative, and cover other positions when required.
- Team player.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Previous Block Management experience a bonus.
