Clinical Trial Capabilities Associate Role
">This role provides clinical trial capabilities in support of clinical development.
The Associate is accountable for ensuring investigator sites meet requirements to enroll study participants into clinical trials from a budget and contract perspective, and supports ongoing budget and contract activities during site maintenance and close-out.
The Associate is responsible for the execution of the budget and contract, and activities related to clinical finance and records management.
Key responsibilities include initiating investigator site activities, communicating and negotiating budgets and contracts with site personnel, service providers, and internal teams, negotiating and obtaining fully executed contracts, and driving timelines aligned with company priorities.
Additionally, the Associate must ensure site initiation and maintenance activities comply with local/regional requirements, data privacy requirements, and Lilly quality standards.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as self-management and organizational skills.
Language capabilities in English and French are also required.
">Requirements
">Bachelor's degree in a scientific, health-related, engineering, economics, or project management field, preferably with two years of clinical research experience (CRO, sponsor, or healthcare service provider) or relevant budget and contract negotiation experience.
Understanding of the overall clinical development paradigm and the importance of efficient site activation is necessary.
Able to learn and comply with financial and legal guidelines and policies (budget and contract).
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required.
Self-management and organizational skills are also necessary.
