Main Responsibilities:

Clinical Development:

  • Develop and execute clinical trial plans, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive operational efficiency and quality throughout the clinical development lifecycle.

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage high-performing teams of clinical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to sustain a competitive edge in clinical research.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements, driving efficiency and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, with a strong understanding of the clinical research process.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
