Senior Clinical Trial Associate, Germany

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Associate to join our team in Germany. As a key member of the Trial Capabilities Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful initiation and maintenance of investigator sites for clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive site initiation and maintenance timelines aligned with company priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient site activation and ongoing support throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact site performance or compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investigator sites, serving as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory documents and submissions, including informed consent documents and clinical trial authorizations.
  • Populate internal systems to track site performance and progress towards trial milestones.
  • Conduct site visits and provide feedback to sites on compliance and performance.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to clinical trial management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field or 5+ years of experience in clinical research/clinical operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Native German speaker with fluency in English preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and skills.
