Store Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our team in Dublin City Centre. This role would suit an experienced Assistant Manager looking for a step up in their career.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader to join our company and drive sales performance by maintaining high standards of in-store merchandising and visual presentation.

The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, a passion for people development, and a personable, engaging leadership style.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a results-driven sales team to consistently meet and exceed agreed KPIs.

You will also be responsible for understanding your customer base and ensuring their needs are met at every touchpoint to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Oversight of all back-of-house operations, ensuring processes align with best practice and compliance standards, is also required.

The role involves leading by example with a hands-on approach-actively working alongside the team to foster a strong, collaborative, and solution-focused culture.

A strong track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs, as well as proven experience in team recruitment, training, and development, is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain high store standards and visual presentation.

Benefits:

  • Hourly rate €17.50 per hour
  • 10% bonus

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of retail management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven experience in team recruitment, training, and development.
  • Strong track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent commercial and customer service skills.
