Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Digital Product Owner to join our Insurtech team at Marsh Ireland. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering large-scale, complex programs aligned with global transformation efforts.
This includes managing regional digital products end-to-end to achieve business outcomes and contributing to a detailed product roadmap.
You will also participate in discovery exercises to understand end-user needs, especially for the Placement & Policy Management (PPM) program.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with UX and Design teams to ensure user-friendly, scalable product experiences.
- Lead work stream meetings, document actions and risks, escalate issues, and ensure remediation.
- Develop methods for regional implementation of long-term product goals for complex projects.
- Serve as an expert in product functionality and business domain.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, and changes proactively to stakeholders.
- Coordinate large regional projects with plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital or technical projects.
- Knowledge of Insurance, Broking, and/or Carrier markets.
- Strong partnership and communication skills with managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Experience in Agile product development.
Desirable Skills:
- SAFe or similar certification.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
