About the Role

CPL is seeking a highly experienced Senior Grade Occupational Therapist to join our client's Children's Disability Network Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with complex disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assess and develop treatment plans for children and young people with complex disabilities, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  2. Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy interventions, including advice and education for children, families, and carers.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
  4. Develop and implement treatment plans, setting realistic goals and objectives.
  5. Provide clinical leadership and support to junior staff members.
  6. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • CORU registration or eligibility to register with CORU.
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in paediatrics, with a focus on complex disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Valid full driving license.
