Fabricator Trainee Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Fabricator Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fabrication industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Deliver high-quality finished products that meet customer expectations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals
  • Operate efficiently within a fast-paced production environment

This role involves training over a three-year program, covering essential skills such as workshop health and safety, certified steel and aluminum welding, operator training on CNC and Laser cutting equipment, and relevant workshop module training.

Essential Skills:
  • Experience in measuring and cutting materials
  • General mechanical assembly skills
  • Welding capabilities
  • Proficiency with hand tools and basic metal and wood cutting equipment

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A full driving license is advantageous for this role, but not required.
