We are seeking a skilled Construction Finishing Foreman to lead the finishing phase of construction projects in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all finishing work is completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Oversee project schedules: Ensure that all finishing work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise construction workers and subcontractors: Provide guidance and direction to ensure tasks are performed correctly and promptly.
  • Report on project progress: Keep senior managers and stakeholders informed about the status of the finishing work.
  • Maintain quality control checks: Perform regular inspections to ensure the highest quality of work.
  • Coordinate teams: Organize and manage the movement of on-site labour, materials, and machinery.
  • Day-to-day problem solving: Address any issues that arise during the finishing phase to prevent project delays.
  • Sign off and hand over completed work to clients: Ensure that all work is finished to the agreed standards and specifications.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A proven track record of successfully leading project teams in large-scale mixed residential or commercial construction.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards.
  • Methodical, excellent attention to detail and accurate with an ability to co-ordinate a number of different priorities at the same time.
