**Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Partner Growth Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Dublin. As a Partner Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by creating new relationships with small to medium and large-sized businesses in the DACH region.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, researching, and contacting potential new partner businesses, delivering personalized product pitches. You will also work with existing partners to understand their strategic and tactical goals and develop targeted marketing plans to achieve them.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in sales, including the ability to fluently read, write, and speak German and English. You should also have a strong understanding of digital marketing terms and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
