Job Description
FRS Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to work within the North Tipperary community. As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services and making a meaningful impact in the community.
You will work closely with other professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to individuals and families in need. Your expertise and knowledge of social work principles, legislation, and best practices in Ireland will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing assessment, planning, intervention, and review services to clients.
- Mentoring or supervising junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A recognised qualification in Social Work and registration with CORU.
- A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience, with experience in a senior social work role.
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, legislation, and best practices in Ireland.
