Clinical Research Director

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Development Director to lead our clinical trials and contribute to the development of our clinical programs.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical development strategies for assigned global clinical trials, ensuring quality data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to trial-related documents, including clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms, and data analysis plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective clinical development oversight and support of trials.
- Lead clinical trials as Clinical Scientific Lead and provide leadership and guidance for all clinical aspects of a clinical trial.
Key Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; PharmD or PhD strongly preferred.
- Languages: Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience in clinical research or drug development; ≥ 3 years involvement in Phases I–IV; ≥ 2 years contribution to conducting clinical trials globally.
