We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within schedule.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the project, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Lead a team of engineers and construction workers, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other contractors to ensure all work is completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Expertise in construction, including earthworks, drainage, troughing, concrete works, and possession planning.
  • Knowledge of the latest construction technologies and software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including client-facing communication.
  • A valid driver's license and right to work in Ireland with fluent English speaking and writing.
