Job Title: Senior Educational Research Co-ordinator

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of inclusive educational practices within higher education institutions. This role involves working closely with directors to advance knowledge, innovation, and practice in inclusion, diversity, equality, widening participation, and access.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher to work at the forefront of developing innovative solutions to address barriers to inclusion in higher education. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for inclusive education and excellent project management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering on the centre's work plan to advance inclusive education
  • Building the centre's visibility through research projects and publications
  • Identifying and applying for funding opportunities to support the centre's mission
  • Conducting policy analysis and research to inform inclusive education strategies

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment where policy, practice, and research in inclusive education can flourish.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, sociology, psychology)
  • Proven track record of research experience in inclusive education
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
