Job Title: Project Coordinator - Aviation Operations
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team at Shannon Airport. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, managers, and other stakeholders, to drive project progress.
- Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for process optimization.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Trello.
