We are looking for a skilled Care and Support Program Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The Care and Support Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a tailored programme of activities in support of the cognitive and physical wellbeing of our residents. This will involve:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks as needed
  • Supporting staff with mobility issues
  • Ensuring that resident dietary needs are met

The Care and Support Program Coordinator will also be responsible for delivering care and support services which will help to promote the welfare and wellbeing of our residents and safeguard them from harm.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Willingness to undertake training for the role
  • Registration with NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council) as a requirement of the role
