Patient Flow Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee patient flow in our esteemed nursing home located in Dublin South.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with local community agencies to foster connections between the Home and the wider community, enabling residents to participate in community events and activities.
- Liaise closely with Marketing to maximize opportunities and ensure the Home maintains a high profile within the local community.
- Participate actively in staff selection and interviewing processes.
- Conduct regular training needs analysis to ensure clinical practice meets regulatory standards.
- A qualified nurse with at least 3 years of management experience in care of the older person, gained within the last 6 years.
- Post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record in healthcare clinical management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Sound decision-making ability and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and promote a positive team environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the company's evolving needs.
