Cash Flow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cash Flow Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This is a full-time position based in our office on a hybrid schedule.

This role involves managing cash inflows and outflows, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, and handling customer queries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurate recording of financial transactions and handling customer inquiries.
  • Reviewing sales contracts for financial accuracy and ensuring correct information is recorded in the system.
  • Maintaining cordial and mutually beneficial relationships with customers and our Sales team.
  • Accurately forecasting cash flow inflows on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Assisting with various other month-end financial reporting, including bank reconciliations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years' experience in a cash management or accounts receivable role.
  • Sound background in sales ledger, including sales order processing, issuing invoices, collections, and allocation of cash to customer accounts in a timely manner.
  • Experience working in a multi-currency environment essential.
  • Preparation of weekly cash inflow report for treasury on a weekly basis.
  • Assisting with monthly cash flow reporting for the Irish entity.
  • Experience dealing with invoice queries from customers.
  • Experience preparing bank reconciliations.
  • Ability to operate with strict reporting deadlines.
  • Experience using an accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
  • Knowledge of reviewing legal contracts advantageous but not essential.

  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.

  • Willing to work cooperatively with others to achieve common objectives.
