The Accounts Receivable Manager role involves overseeing the administration of revenue and managing collections from clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Administration: Prepare and issue invoices for rental, maintenance reserves, and other charges to ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate detailed reports as required by management to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Credit Control: Collaborate with internal teams to track and document customer account activities, resolve outstanding balances, and address invoicing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and bank statements to maintain financial integrity and prevent discrepancies.
  • Payment Processing: Process incoming payments accurately and efficiently to record in financial systems promptly.
  • Contact Management: Update customer contact records for effective communication and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Financial Expertise: Proficiency in handling financial transactions and reconciling accounts is essential.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance-related role within a multinational environment or aviation sector is preferred.
  • Software Skills: Experience working with accounting software is necessary for this role.
