Job Description

This role involves inputting and authorising approved trade settlements, invoices, and other payments. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring cash positions of a large volume of bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions.

Duties:
  • Input and authorization of approved trade settlements, invoices, and other payments.
  • Managing and monitoring cash positions of a large volume of bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Distribution of Agency and other client-related reports.
  • Assisting in the provision of client due diligence and anti-money laundering requirements both when onboarding new clients/transactions.
  • Liaising with other in-house departments and external clients to ensure accurate and timely settlement of all transactions.
  • Reconciliation of daily bank statements and follow-up on unreconciled items and outstanding confirmations.
  • Actively contributing to process improvements within the team.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years+ Banking/Financial Services/Stockbroking experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and products, experience using SWIFT and other payment systems for confirming and settling these products.
  • Knowledge of Loan and Facility Agreements.
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem solver with an ability to work under pressure.
