Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for generating accurate debit notes using the car rental management system, reconciling billing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer invoices, and matching, scanning, and emailing invoices to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include managing monthly billing cycles, including preparation of consolidated invoices for key accounts, creating and posting invoices in Sage, ensuring data integrity and alignment with system records, conducting proactive follow-ups with customers via phone and email to secure timely payments, and uploading invoices and supporting documentation to customer-specific online portals.

Accounting System Skills:
