Key Role in Customer Financial Management

This role focuses on effective management of customer payments and timely invoice reconciliation.

  • Generate accurate debit notes through the car rental system to ensure prompt payment.
  • Reconcile billing processes to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of customer invoices.
  • Match, scan, and email invoices to customers in a timely manner to enhance professionalism.
  • Promptly resolve customer queries and provide effective communication.
  • Manage monthly billing cycles, including consolidated invoices for key accounts.
  • Create and post invoices in Sage to maintain data integrity and alignment with system records.
  • Proactively follow up with customers via phone and email to secure timely payments.
  • Upload invoices and supporting documentation to online portals.
  • Manage customer accounts, fostering strong relationships to support debt collection.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Your Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data formatting).
  • Experience with accounting systems is highly advantageous.
  • Able to handle high volumes of data entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with high numeracy and focus on accuracy.
  • Independent worker with minimal supervision required.
