**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Cash Optimization and Working Capital Specialist to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our company's financial performance.

This key role involves providing critical support to senior treasury leaders and regional teams, leveraging expertise in finance, analysis, and communication to optimize cash flow and working capital.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with experience in analyst roles within corporate or multinational environments.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Consolidating and presenting financial data to inform budget and forecast processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for cash optimization and tracking benefits.
  • Reconciling quarterly results with budget/forecast and conducting variance analysis.
  • Maintaining and refreshing underlying data in existing dashboards.
  • Collaborating with regional stakeholders on analysis and findings.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cash optimization initiatives and develop strategies to improve working capital.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an analyst in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of working capital and free cash flow concepts.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SAP (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
