Logistics Coordinator

The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient flow of materials across our operations, ensuring seamless delivery and storage. Key responsibilities include managing inventory levels, performing regular cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock records within our ERP System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics to optimize material flows.
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date stock records for all materials in our ERP System.
  • Implement company procedures and guidelines as outlined in Alstom processes.
  • Pick and prepare materials according to material planning requirements.
  • Monitor consumable materials and maintain minimum stock levels.
  • Process delivery notes, COSHH information, and certificates of conformance.
  • Manage calibrated tools held by the project.
  • Ensure proper waste control and removal from site.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP).
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily material demands.
  • Capacity to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Physical ability to manually handle loads up to 25kg.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols for a warehouse environment.
