Electrical Management Opportunity

As an Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical work with consultants and subcontractors. You will be part of a team that requires strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to relate effectively and build productive relationships at all levels of an organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate electrical work with consultants and subcontractors and participate in design reviews where required.
  • Ensure weekly and daily work plans are completed and targets are met and exceeded where possible.
  • Close contact with site personnel to ensure all access, information, and materials are available to ensure productive weeks' work.
  • Day-to-day management of the site electrical systems, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any specialist subcontractors.
  • Assist project managers with planning, development, and enforcement of programme works.

This is a leading role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to relate effectively and build productive relationships at all levels of an organisation.

Qualifications:
  • Educational qualifications: Electrical Engineering Degree or Strong trades background supplemented by additional level 8 technical degree.
  • Leadership skills, excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, and the ability to relate effectively and build productive relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to handle a diverse and challenging workload, analyse complex problems, and develop practical solutions.

The successful candidate will have experience managing maintenance/PPM/teams, preferably with 10 years' experience, and ideally suited to a candidate working towards chartership.
