About the Role:

The position of Supplies Officer Procurement Logistics involves overseeing the procurement and logistics operations within a hospital setting. This includes strategic sourcing, procurement planning, and compliance improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, nurturing relationships with stakeholders, and working with ICT systems. Additionally, they should be able to analyze data, generate reports, and produce metrics/KPIs.


Responsibilities:

This is a permanent whole-time vacancy available in the HSE Procurement Logistics Team. The role requires applicants to work effectively in a team environment, managing evaluations groups and supervising staff as needed.

  • Deliver results in a logistics/procurement setting using a project management approach.
  • Nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with ICT procurement systems.
  • Analyze data/expenditure including report generation and production of metrics/KPIs.
  • Evaluate group management; team supervision or people management.
