Design Solution Engineer

The role of Design Solution Engineer involves working as a member of a cross-functional team to create and implement large-scale digital solutions.

Responsibilities include translating concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, designs, and prototypes, and collaborating with developers to ensure design meets objectives.

Key skills required include experience in UX design or related field, strong portfolio showcasing UX design principles, proficiency in Figma for visual designs and interactive prototypes, and ability to work with distributed teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the design process from research to high-fidelity interactive prototypes, conducting user research and testing, developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries, and ensuring designs are accessible and inclusive for all users.

They will also collaborate with peers in the UX team, product managers, developers, and leadership to define and evaluate detailed product requirements and UX standards.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in UX design or related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design principles
  • Proficiency in Figma for visual designs and interactive prototypes
  • Ability to work with globally distributed teams
