Structural Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Professional to support our projects and prepare CSA design packages for concept, basis of design, tender, and IFC phases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate design packages between the company, subconsultants, vendors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project briefs and user requirement specifications.
  • Coordinate design packages between the company, subconsultants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Manage external architectural partners during project execution.
  • Participate in cost estimates, safety reviews, and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in civil/structural or architectural discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience in construction on projects, preferably in life sciences or similar industries.
  • Excellent communication and general management skills required.
