Our team is seeking an innovative Structural Engineering Expert to join our organization.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing and overseeing the construction of various structures ensuring they are safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • They will assist in the production of drawings and reports, prepare and coordinate structural specifications.
  • Attend meetings with architects and contractors to establish their needs and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design structural engineering solutions based on guidance from senior engineers.
  • Apply engineering principles and codes of practice to solve technical problems.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Engineer status (Engineers Ireland or IStructE) or an aim to achieve Chartered status in the near future.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing structural designs for a broad range of projects.
  • Strong coordination skills with design team members, local authorities, statutory bodies, contractors and clients.
  • Solid technical engineering knowledge with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good IT skills and experience with structural analysis packages.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
