Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Category Manager to join our team. As a Category Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing product categories across our organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing category strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Managing supplier relationships to ensure the best terms and highest quality products for customers.
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels across multiple locations to optimize inventory and minimize aged stock.
  • Working with the team to deliver engaging promotional campaigns that showcase our range and drive footfall.
  • Contributing to the evolution and extension of our central distribution model to ensure efficient supply to all branches.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in buying, procurement, or category management.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, industry regulations, and market trends is an advantage.
  • Superb negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with category management software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
