Job Title: Product Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Innovation Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving product development efforts, collaborating with various teams to introduce new products and improve existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and construct new products and optimize existing ones through rigorous research and testing
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to convey ideas and concepts
  • Create detailed drawings to ensure product quality and reproducibility
  • Perform complex calculations for product definition and conduct thorough testing
  • Draft product requirements and create prototypes for evaluation
  • Conduct market analysis and provide regular reports on competitors and industry trends
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry standards to inform product innovation
  • Provide technical support and expertise to other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in product development, preferably in a production environment
  • Experience with mechatronic systems and 3D CAD software (PTC Creo or Siemens NX and Windchill)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
