Product Innovation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive design control, risk management, and quality assurance across diverse projects. This role requires the ability to support cross-functional initiatives, leverage technical expertise, and collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies for design control, risk analysis, change management, customer feedback resolution, and deviation handling.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives as a technical specialist or project lead, ensuring seamless execution and project success.
  • Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to address product and process challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
Essential Requirements:
  • A degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical or biomedical) or a scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, materials science, life sciences).
  • Experience working within regulated sectors such as medical devices, combination products, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
